Concetta E. Dudley, JD, MBE is a shareholder at Fauver Co., LPA. She is an experienced business and corporate attorney with an emphasis on emerging companies, life science, and technology start-ups, technology development, research & bioethics, corporate compliance, and conflict management.
Ms. Dudley earned her law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University, and obtained her undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. She also holds a Master of Bioethics from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Dudley also holds her Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification from the Compliance Certification Board.
Ms. Dudley has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
Ms. Dudley serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Board Secretary for The Challenge Center in San Diego, CA, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Handicapped Pet Foundation in Amherst, NH. Ms. Dudley is also an NRA certified firearms instructor. Ms. Dudley and her husband, Robert, enjoy scuba diving and sailing, and life with their corgis and Persian cats.
